Ferrari 458 Italia

The direct opponent of the McClaren fax machine is the Italian stallion 458 Italia which many journalists boast to be the greatest car in the world coming of the production line today. Full of passion, power, fun and stunning looks this car was made for drivers and on-lookers to enjoy and feel excited about. That is what Ferrari is all about in all reality. Sure they take racing seriously and are great at it but even in the racing series Ferrari do things different and when you see things you feel it. You feel excited that you got to just see a piece of Ferrari’s passion up close and personal. You can hear a Ferrari and get excited just from the sound spurring something inside. The Italia looks special, sounds special and drives special. Not too much power to over-power the driver but more than enough to have fun trying to keep your head up right fight the G-forces. This car sounds monstrous all because of that 4.5 V8 producing 562 crazy Italian horses and has exhausts that just let the sound out in its raw form and don’t even attempt to keep the noise down. Yes it goes 0-60 in 3.3 and on to 202mph. This car has the aerodynamic tricks all hidden into the styling like the front grill has a partial front splinter blended in so they could keep the lines clean around the bottom of the body kit. This car looks like a serious track car which it is but still has SAT NAV and an I-pod doc to make it more user friendly. The one complaint is there is just so many damn buttons on the steering wheel that its confusing for a while and the fact the turn signals are on the wheel is idiotic at the best, but that is a small complaint when everything else is so right. The 458 is an amazing car and certainly a favourite which excites me every time I get to see one.
