Ford F150 2003 Triton V8

The Ford truck has been an American icon for decades and the 2003 F150 is no different. A smooth understated truck which will take you to work every day, complete a full days labour of whatever you can throw at it and drive you home afterwards in comfort, ready to take on the family role. This is what we now expect for trucks all across the country. A multi-tasking, tough work horse that doubles as a family car. The 5.4L V8 certainly helps with the work side of things as it produces 293 ft,lbs of torque to pull anything you need. It practical with its deep set bed that can fit a great deal in with the security of not worrying it might fall out during the drive. This big truck is no snail either as the V8 produces 231bhp or you can certainly feel a change in speed when stepping on the gas. The main point for this car to me has to be the comfort provided. With all the bells and whistles supplied with AC, leather seats, cruise control...its a car that you will look forward to driving home from work. Has a nice soft ride and handles well for a big heavy truck. This truck is iconic for a reason and I can certainly see why.
